Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 June 2026
Effective from: 27 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to aiskillspath.life and your engagement with training services offered by AI Skills Path Inc., an Ontario corporation with business number BN 867521948 RC0001. By using our website or registering for programmes, you agree to these Terms.
1. About AI Skills Path
AI Skills Path Inc. provides vocational skills path training for Canadian professionals. Our services include live path cohort sessions, Ottawa training centre intensives, executive briefings, corporate packages, and one-to-one mentoring delivered from our studio at 360 Albert Street, Suite 1600, and remotely. We are a vocational training provider — not a software vendor, not a recruitment agency, not a wellness coaching practice, not an MLM organisation, and not a passive-income funnel.
The brand name "AI Skills Path," the domain aiskillspath.life, and the word skills path throughout our materials refer to our structured curriculum method: sequenced waypoint frameworks, printable path sheets, and a course spine covering Orient, Draft, Scope, and Ship stages. The term describes educational structure on the .life domain — not a guarantee of specific earnings, profit, salary increases, or business results.
2. Educational nature of services
All programmes described on this website are educational. Completion certificates reflect participation in our skills path curriculum only. They do not constitute professional certification, academic credit, software vendor accreditation, or licensure in any regulated field.
We do not guarantee job placement, career promotion, billable hours, side revenue, productivity gains, or any specific financial outcome. Generative assistant tools covered in our curriculum — including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude — may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased outputs. Participants are trained to apply human-in-the-loop review and professional judgment before using any AI-assisted draft in a work context.
3. Income and vocational training disclaimer
AI Skills Path Inc. delivers sequenced waypoint modules for professional assistant literacy inside regulated service environments. Programme completion confirms training participation only. We do not promise specific earnings, profit, business revenue, or employment outcomes. Results depend on your sector, experience, market conditions, employer policies, and how you apply learned career upskilling path methods.
References to "skills path," "path cohort," "waypoint module," and similar phrases describe educational framing — not financial advice, investment recommendations, or assurances of commercial success. This is vocational skill-building, not investment or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals for tax, legal, and regulated professional matters.
4. Skills path brand, .life domain, and intellectual property clauses
All site content on aiskillspath.life, skills path curriculum, waypoint sheets, prompt libraries, and module sequences are owned by AI Skills Path Inc. or licensed to us. Participants receive a limited licence to use handouts and personal path documentation for internal business purposes and portfolio development. Public redistribution, resale, white-labelling as competing training products, or misrepresentation of affiliation with AI Skills Path Inc. is prohibited.
You may not use our brand marks, "SP" logo treatment, the phrase "AI Skills Path," or the aiskillspath.life domain in a manner that suggests endorsement of your independent services without written permission. You may accurately state that you completed our training, provided you do not imply guaranteed outcomes or licensed status we do not confer.
Use of the .life top-level domain is part of our brand identity. Registering confusingly similar domains, typosquatting, or implying official partnership through domain mimicry is prohibited. Third-party trademarks — including ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, OpenAI, Microsoft, and Anthropic — belong to their respective owners. Our reference to these tools is for educational description only.
5. Website use licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view website content on aiskillspath.life for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not:
- Copy, scrape, or redistribute curriculum materials without written permission.
- Reverse-engineer or interfere with site security, including bypassing honeypot fields on our contact form.
- Use the site for unlawful purposes or to transmit malware.
- Impersonate AI Skills Path Inc. or misrepresent affiliation with assistant vendors.
- Submit false information through enquiry or registration forms.
6. Enrolment and payment
Programme fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment or signed corporate purchase order as specified in your quote. Prices on the website are subject to change; confirmed bookings honour the price at time of confirmation.
Cancellation and refund terms: full refunds are available up to fourteen days before your cohort start date. Partial refunds may apply within seven days of the first session. No refunds after the second session except where required by Ontario consumer protection law. Corporate contracts may supersede standard terms where explicitly negotiated in writing.
Taxes, where applicable, are added to quoted fees. Invoices for corporate path training are issued in CAD with standard net-thirty terms unless otherwise agreed.
7. Participant conduct
Participants must conduct themselves professionally during cohort sessions, studio intensives, and mentoring. Harassment, discrimination, or misuse of assistant tools to generate harmful, deceptive, or plagiarized content will result in removal without refund. You agree not to paste confidential personal data, unreleased financial information, trade secrets, or client-identifiable records into shared exercises without anonymization and organisational approval.
Recording sessions without facilitator consent is prohibited. Materials distributed during training are for participant use only unless explicitly labelled for wider sharing.
8. Online and in-person delivery
We strive to deliver sessions as scheduled at our Albert Street Ottawa training centre or via secure video platforms. Technical failures, severe weather, or facilitator illness may require rescheduling. We will offer reasonable alternative dates; persistent inability to attend rescheduled sessions is handled under our refund policy above.
Participants joining online path cohort sessions are responsible for internet connectivity and compatible hardware. We provide minimum technical requirements upon enrolment.
9. Third-party tools and links
Our training references third-party assistant tools and external websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, terms, or data practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement. Your use of ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or other tools outside our supervised exercises is governed by those providers' terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Website content and training materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted website access, error-free materials, or that assistant tool interfaces will remain unchanged during your programme.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada, AI Skills Path Inc., its directors, employees, and facilitators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use or training participation, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or reputational harm related to assistant-supported work you perform after training.
Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific programme or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Skills Path Inc. from claims arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, inappropriate use of assistant tool training outside our supervised exercises, or misrepresentation of your credentials or outcomes to clients or employers.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and PIPEDA. By submitting forms, you consent to collection and use as described therein. The contact form requires active PIPEDA consent via consent_pipeda; it is not pre-checked.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario for disputes arising from these Terms or our services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 and related provincial legislation where applicable to eligible transactions.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction in Ontario, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving intent.
16. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with enrolment agreements, the Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use on aiskillspath.life unless superseded by a signed corporate contract. No oral statement contradicting these Terms shall bind AI Skills Path Inc.
