Beyond open path cohort intakes, AI Skills Path delivers tailored career upskilling path programmes for Ontario employers and national remote teams — executive briefings, facilitated labs, and mentoring aligned to your policies and deliverable types.

One-to-one mentoring

Focused path mentoring at the desk

Mentoring packages pair you with a facilitator for three or six sessions reviewing your actual workflow samples — anonymised or synthetic only, never live confidential client files through our systems. Sessions cover prompt refinement, scope language, disclosure drafts, and waypoint planning within your skills path. Mentoring complements module enrolment; it does not replace path cohort exercises inside studio labs.

Pricing starts around C$205 per hour for individuals, with modest discounts on six-session blocks. Corporate mentoring for managers overseeing assistant adoption is quoted separately. All mentoring is educational — we do not provide legal, tax, or regulated professional advice.

Round-table intensives

Half-day and full-day Ottawa studio sessions

Organisations book private path cohort intensives at our Albert Street studio or via secure video. Typical agendas include policy alignment discussion, live demonstration of assistant-supported scenarios, and team breakout exercises building shared workflow templates. We adapt examples to your sector — public-sector consulting, creative agencies, professional firms, or internal operations teams.

Half-day path intensives suit leadership alignment; full-day journeys include paired practice and a facilitated action plan. Course materials remain with your organisation under licence terms described in our Terms. Attendance at Ottawa path intensives does not assure productivity metrics or revenue outcomes.

Enterprise skills path pathways

Multi-cohort corporate path training bundles combine waypoint module seats, executive briefings, and optional on-site Ottawa training centre days. HR and L&D teams receive attendance reporting, waypoint completion summaries, and template libraries for internal policy communication. Qualified Canadian organisations may pay by purchase order or net-thirty invoice.

Custom path syllabus design takes two to three weeks: we interview stakeholders, review existing tool policies, and map deliverable types to waypoint emphasis.
